The Role

This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and build financial models to assess these opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Product and/or Engineering teams and be able to lead initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring successful realization of business case goals.

We are looking for an individual with demonstrable experience in setting short-term and long-term goals on strategic initiatives, as well as analyzing metrics and key performance indicators. Strong communication and partnering skills are essential to effectively work with operational teams.

This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and Transformation and requires occasional travel to our office in Brighton. A competitive salary of £60,000 per year reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving them from concept to delivery and realizing business case goals.
  • Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and build strategic plans to address these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to align goals and execute joint plans.
