Job Title: CRM Platform Lead - Salesforce Expert
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Platform Lead - Salesforce Expert to join our team at Kaplan International Pathways. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our Salesforce CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Lead the line management and onboarding of the appropriate team shape for our CRM team.
- Work closely with the Pathways departments to drive value from the Salesforce platform to meet business CRM strategy needs.
- Ensure that IT systems and solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and user management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data management and integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
