This role will be pivotal in developing the Operations Centre into the Single Point of Access for all LCHS patient and stakeholder queries.
Main Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day effective and efficient leadership to the staff within the Ops Centre and Patient Admin Services.
- Ensure the delivery of first-class patient services and organisation priorities.
- Identify and set performance levels for the team, leading process review and engaging with all key stakeholders.
- Build high-performing teams and work at high levels with managerial colleagues in other organisations and services.

Requirements- Masters Degree or equivalent experience.
