Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to support the line management of our Operations Service Centre and Patient Administration Services. This role will play a pivotal part in developing the Operations Centre into the Single Point of Access for all patient and stakeholder queries.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be flexible, organised, and have a focus on continuous improvement. They will be responsible for the delivery of first-class patient services and organisational priorities, enabling clinicians to focus on providing great care, close to home.
The role involves ensuring the staff within the Ops Centre and Patient Admin Services deliver a proactive and outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will identify and set performance levels for the team, lead process review, and engage with key stakeholders across all levels and both internally and externally.
Main Responsibilities
