Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Operations Service Centre and Patient Administration Services, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Operations Service Centre and Patient Administration Services, ensuring the delivery of proactive and outstanding customer service.
- Identify and set performance levels for the team, leading process review and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical directorates to deliver outstanding patient care and support the development of the Operations Centre as the Single Point of Access.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address service gaps, improving patient flow and reducing delays.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and patients.
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience of leading multiple staff or large teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Experience of service improvements and continuous improvement, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Experience of managing and demonstrating achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent leadership skills, including motivation, empathy, negotiation, and compassion.
- Experience of working in a busy customer service environment, with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.
