About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff teams, as well as leading the continuous professional development of your teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, retention, and engagement of staff teams.
- Leading the continuous professional development of staff teams.
- Undertaking regular quality supervisions, appraisals, debriefs, team meetings.
- Undertaking regular staff observations and competency assessments.
- Managing staffing matters, including performance and capability.
- Managing rotas and time sheets for the service.
- Directly supporting individuals for a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Identifying and developing talent for succession planning.
- Undertaking senior support worker, team leader, and support worker duties where applicable.
- Covering shifts where there is a shortfall within the rota.
- Participating in the company on-call system outside of normal operating hours.
- Liaising with housing providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Leading on health and safety responsibilities.
