Customer Service Coordinator

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service skills and administration experience to join our team at Just Group. As an Administrator, you will provide exceptional support to our valued customers, partners, and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries via various communication channels.
- Take ownership of resolving customer concerns and issues.
- Organise and plan work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives.
- Prior experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a focus on English and Maths (grade C or above).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and planning abilities.
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
