We are looking for a skilled Book Rights Representative to join our team and represent the interests of UK and US agents and publishers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with publishers and ensuring that our clients receive fair compensation for their titles.

A competitive salary of £**38,000 - £45,000 per annum**, plus a pension scheme and holiday allowance, is on offer for this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Rights Department and a strong understanding of the translation rights market.

In this role, you will work closely with our Translation Rights Executive to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to management on sales performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in the publishing industry and gain valuable experience in translation rights.
