Job Description
Penguin Random House Children's is a leading publisher of children's books, seeking a highly skilled Rights Executive to join our team. As a key member of the publishing team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing rights for children's books, developing and maintaining relationships with authors, illustrators, and other industry professionals, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage rights for children's books
- Develop and maintain relationships with authors, illustrators, and other industry professionals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the editorial and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

Requirements
- Proven experience in rights acquisition or a related field
- Strong knowledge of children's literature and foreign book markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
