Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Superstore Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of colleagues to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement store displays and visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and develop action plans to address any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Support the store manager in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.
