Job Title: Team Leader

At SuperCare Residential, we are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage operations at one of our beautiful residential children's homes in London.

  • Main Duties:
  • Direct work with young people, key working, and providing support and care on a shift work basis.
  • Working in partnership with young people, social workers, carers, and other relevant agencies to co-ordinate, monitor, and review Care Plans, risk assessments, and placement plans.
  • Taking responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, health and safety, and primary care issues.
  • Administrative work and record keeping associated with key working responsibilities and the daily running of the home.

Household Responsibilities:

  • Sharing in the practical activities necessary to maintain the House.
  • Caring for the fabric, equipment, and overall environment.
  • Being accountable for moneys allocated for specific purposes.
  • Reporting repairs and ensuring necessary actions are taken.
  • Ensuring young people eat healthy and balanced meals prepared by staff.
  • Ensuring health and safety checks are complete in line with policies and Ofsted regulations and standards.
