**Job Opportunity:** Special Needs Educator
About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Educator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chesterfield. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide personalized support during lessons, focusing on academic and social growth.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- High levels of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with a strong focus on building positive relationships.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including professional development opportunities and a supportive school environment.
