Sales Account Manager Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and nurture existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with the ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
The role involves managing high-value accounts, ensuring clients receive exceptional service, and driving new business opportunities through cold calling, cross-selling, and attending networking events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing an existing customer base with spend exceeding £3m annually
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring all their needs are met
- Identifying new sales opportunities and providing quotes and overseeing the processing of customer orders
- Collaborating with production and logistics to ensure SLAs are adhered to
