We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Tobermore. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Consumer & Admin Team Manager and other staff members as required.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, A-C.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in using CRM systems and other administrative software.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
