**Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls, and then transfer them to appropriate personnel when necessary
- Maintain office filing systems and records using electronic devices
- Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and scheduling appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and performing data entry functions using company-provided software programs
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and maintaining order in the office (i.e., trash removal, recycling etc.)
- Additional duties as assigned by management

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-16 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£12.30 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
