**Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**

Spires Oral Care is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate personnel or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain office supplies inventory
- Maintain office filing system and maintain office security system
- Maintain office equipment, such as phones, computers, fax machines, etc.
- Assist with general office maintenance tasks such as light housekeeping, light cleaning, etc.
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain office housekeeping standards including cleanliness and sanitation
- Maintain office equipment including photocopier, filing cabinets, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management or supervisor

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-16 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£12.30 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Company pension

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
