Job Purpose

This role plays a vital part in BPP's Professional Qualifications offering, providing administrative support to students and coaching staff. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional learner experience, and the Performance Support team is integral to this success.

Reporting into the Performance Support coaches, you will liaise with students regularly to complete scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the on-boarding of new students in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and monitor student records, ensuring compliance with ESFA and Ofsted Regulations by keeping key information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with the Performance Support team to manage student questions and concerns.
  • Record all contact with students receiving educational support on the appropriate student record.
  • Support the organization and facilitation of progress review meetings between clients, students, and the Performance Support team.
  • Assist in managing the process of students submitting work for review and feedback.

  • Strong desire and capability to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience working in an office environment with multiple deadlines.
