About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers. As an EAP Clinical Manager, you'll be responsible for working with our EAP customers to enhance our onsite and workplace wellbeing services. You'll work closely with our Associate Director and EAP Counsellors to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and operational plans that meet both short- and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Associate Director in developing and executing comprehensive strategies and operational plans to meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to boost team productivity and find better ways of working, continually seeking ways to improve work quality and apply quality tools and processes as appropriate.
- Provide tailored support to meet diverse customer needs, addressing mental health challenges and promoting psychological wellbeing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify solutions to resolve customer and service issues in a timely manner.
- Delegate work and allocate resources to maximize productivity, monitoring progress to ensure schedule, budget, and other requirements are met.
- Generate monthly reports and analyze data to monitor performance and productivity standards of the team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology or MSc/MA in Psychotherapy.
- Strong proven post-degree experience in counselling.
- Experience identifying and implementing cultural change, facilitating, and enhancing performance within a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience designing and delivering psycho-educational training programs to enhance resilience and coping skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the trust and safety industry.
- Experience providing support to Content Moderation Industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and professional presentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
