EAP Clinical Manager Opportunity

UnitedHealth Group is a global leader in healthcare, and we're seeking a highly skilled EAP Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our EAP team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our onsite and workplace wellbeing services, streamlining and improving the provision of services for our customers.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with our EAP customers, driving tactical and strategic planning in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment. You will work closely with the Associate Director and our EAP Counsellors to train counsellors on exposure to graphic content, while also identifying opportunities to boost team productivity and find better ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Associate Director in developing and executing comprehensive strategies and operational plans to meet both short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Actively identify opportunities to improve team work quality and apply quality tools and processes as appropriate to drive operational excellence.
  • Provide tailored support to meet diverse needs, addressing mental health challenges and promoting psychological health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify solutions to resolve customer and service issues in a timely manner.
  • Delegate work and allocate resources to maximize productivity, monitoring progress to ensure that schedule, budget, and other requirements are met.
  • Generate monthly reports and analyze data to monitor performance and productivity standards of the team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology or MSc/MA in Psychotherapy.
  • Strong proven post-degree experience in counselling.
  • Experience identifying and implementing cultural change, facilitating, and enhancing performance within a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience designing and delivering psycho-educational training programs to enhance resilience and coping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the trust and safety industry.
  • Experience providing support to Content Moderation Industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and professional presentation.
