Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store team in achieving sales targets, promoting a customer-first culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and control costs, payroll, shrinkage, and expenses for the store.
  • Oversee the planning and organization of operational activities within the store.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities, including employment law, health and safety, and trading standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
