Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SPAR Threshfield. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cash handling.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
