Support Worker for Children with Autism

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide individualized support to children with Autism in a dynamic educational setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate or Support Worker with SEN experience looking to pursue a career within education.
About the role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with Autism
- Work with challenging behavior and develop strategies to promote positive outcomes
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to create a supportive learning environment
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Autism or SEN
- Team Teach Qualification highly desirable
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold a Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
- Provide two professional references
