About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Support Matters. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Support with meal preparation and general domestic tasks, such as shopping and cleaning.
  • Administer medication and provide complex interventions based on your training level.
  • Encourage and support customers in various activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer care logs and medical administration records.

Requirements
  • Driver's license: Beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from walkers and cyclists.
