About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Care First UK Recruitment Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support residents to cook, clean their living space, and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Accompany residents to appointments, hospital visits, and other activities as needed.
  • Encourage and support residents to engage in activities they enjoy, such as board games, arts and crafts, and community outings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is preferred, but not required.
  • Full training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
