Job Summary:

VP Forensic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the NR31 area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered support to our clients with Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and physical support, in a dignified and respectful manner.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide support to access the community, promoting social inclusion and fun experiences.
  • Manage complex behaviors and risks, working under the supervision of the multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Motivation to make a difference to our clients.
  • Experience of supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or equivalent care experience.
  • Full working rights in the UK.
