Job Title: Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide basic personal care, assist residents with daily tasks, and ensure they attend appointments and engage in activities that bring them joy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Ensure residents attend appointments and engage in activities that promote their well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
