Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role:
  • Provide basic personal care and support to residents in their own homes.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
  • Support residents to attend appointments, engage in activities, and participate in community events.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
