Primary Duties:

  • Providing assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
  • Preparing meals and monitoring dietary needs
  • Administering medications under guidance
  • Utilizing safe techniques for mobility and positioning
  • Engaging clients in social interactions and accompanying them to appointments
  • Helping with shopping and light domestic tasks
  • Monitoring and documenting clients' health status, promptly reporting any changes
