Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare and serve meals, and monitor food and fluid intake
- Administer or prompt medications as needed
- Use safe moving and positioning procedures to transfer clients
- Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social and recreational activities
- Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes to senior staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed
