About the Role:

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Part Time Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £16,071 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
  • A part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-14:00.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
