About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team at Blenheim Lodge in Amersham, Bucks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to owners
- Organise activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our owners
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Complete health and safety checks and ensure the security of the development
Requirements
- Passion for excellent customer service and a love of working with people
- Accomplished administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative
- Good judgement and ability to remain calm under pressure
