We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Senploy. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting, providing individualized attention and assistance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, including preparing materials and resources for students.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to develop social and emotional skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and other support staff.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new initiatives.

  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
