Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a Key Stage 2 setting.
  • Possess a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
  • Demonstrate the ability to support both the academic and social development of pupils.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Be proactive, patient, and resilient, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
  • Hold relevant qualifications or training in education or behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
