Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
  • Assisting students with conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and other complex needs.
  • Upholding school policies and ensuring a safe learning environment.
  • Providing emotional support and understanding to students in need.
  • Effectively communicating with educators and students regarding any concerns.
  • Conducting risk assessments of the learning environment and taking appropriate actions.

This position offers a chance to contribute to a nurturing educational setting, where you will play a vital role in the development of students. You will be part of a welcoming and inclusive institution that maintains high standards for all learners.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating student engagement in lessons and activities.
  • Supporting the social and emotional growth of students, reporting any significant issues as necessary.
