As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
- Assisting students with conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and other complex needs.
- Upholding school policies and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Providing emotional support and understanding to students in need.
- Effectively communicating with educators and students regarding any concerns.
- Conducting risk assessments of the learning environment and taking appropriate actions.
This position offers a chance to contribute to a nurturing educational setting, where you will play a vital role in the development of students. You will be part of a welcoming and inclusive institution that maintains high standards for all learners.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Facilitating student engagement in lessons and activities.
- Supporting the social and emotional growth of students, reporting any significant issues as necessary.
- Ensuring constant supervision of students throughout the school day.
- Assisting students in their learning processes during instructional periods.
