Assistant General Manager

Cherryred, an award-winning burger concept, is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants or dark kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee restaurant/kitchen staff, ensuring high food quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer orders and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within the QSR, restaurant, or dark kitchen environment.
  • Proven experience in managing a team, handling operations, and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and online delivery platforms.
