Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Manage restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and beverage services

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, ensuring that company standards are maintained and client expectations are met. You will lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences, manage restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and beverage services, and maintain positive client relationships. You will also be responsible for developing and training team members to achieve excellence in service delivery.

  • Has previous experience in catering management
  • Is a brilliant communicator and easily builds relationships

  • Takes initiative and makes decisions that are right for our customers
