Key Responsibilities- Carry out home visits to understand the reasons behind student absences and work with families to develop strategies for improved attendance.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to identify and address any underlying issues affecting student attendance.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and carers to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
