About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Sales Executive to join our team in Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Job Summary

As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with business owners to discuss the benefits of private medical insurance for their employees. Your role will involve making outbound calls, promoting our vision, and demonstrating how our services can enhance business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with businesses to introduce and explain the benefits of Vitality's private medical insurance
  • Engage in conversations to promote health and wellbeing and demonstrate the positive impact on employee wellbeing and business productivity
  • Maintain a positive and proactive manner, acting as a champion for change and contributing to a great team spirit
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus bonus (£13,000 per annum), 25 days holiday (pro rata), and life assurance (4 x salary). You will also have access to a pension scheme, free healthy breakfast and lunch, and discounted gym membership.
