About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities & Building Services Assistant to join our team at Northumbrian Water. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our main offices, grounds, and car parks.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our colleagues, resolving helpdesk queries and calls, and managing our budget and costs within our corporate systems. You will also be responsible for supporting our reception team, arranging courier services, and performing other administrative tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and flexible, and be able to work unsupervised. You will also need to be comfortable working with data in Excel spreadsheets and be able to produce pivot tables and monthly reports.
