Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house support, including welcoming visitors and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed and maintained.
  • Deliver support services such as porterage, meeting room management, and FM mailbox management.
  • Conduct inductions for new starters, including H&S and environmental inductions.
  • Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive and PPM visits.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and HSEQ standards.
  • Complete and assist with audits, including security, and support the delivery of low-to-medium risk projects.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
