Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Facilities Assistant to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house support, including welcoming visitors and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed and maintained at all times.
  • Deliver support services such as porterage, meeting room management, and management of the FM mailbox.
  • Conduct inductions for new starters, including health and safety and environmental inductions.
  • Log, facilitate, and oversee reactive and planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Complete and assist with audits, including security audits.
  • Support the delivery of low-to-medium risk projects.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
