Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Infinitesima. This exciting opportunity will see you provide technical support to our customers, ensuring their products perform at the highest levels of performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic-based high-value capital equipment sectors, such as semiconductor or scientific instrument environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and support of products at customer sites across the world.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to resolve customers' technical problems.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Monitor the performance and uptime of all company products.

Able to travel extensively, with estimated salary range £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering/physics discipline.
