About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Step Teachers. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Support student progression through targeted interventions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
  • Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g., National Diploma, NVQ).
  • Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential.

Salary Information
