We are seeking a Classroom Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aurorus School. As a key member of our Inclusion Team, you will provide critical support to students with additional needs, helping them to thrive in their academic pursuits.
Aurorus School is a co-educational comprehensive school for students aged 11 to 16 years. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of £21,544 (actual salary £16,989) and includes access to a generous pension scheme, flexible working options, and opportunities for career growth and professional development within our network of 42 academies and central team.
About the Role
- Provide in-class support to students with additional needs, tailoring strategies to meet individual requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
- Maintain accurate records, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of support initiatives.
