Academics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Pastoral Support Specialist to support students in Didcot Primary School Year 4. This role requires a compassionate individual who can help students cope with social, emotional, and mental health issues.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Mental Health, and relevant childcare experience. They must also hold an up-to-date enhanced DBS Check and a Safeguarding children certificate.

This position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn key skills to support students with mental health needs. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with social, emotional, and mental health issues
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress
