About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Union Advocate to join our regional team representing doctors across the South East of England (Sussex).

This is a challenging role that requires a commitment to the Trade Union movement and an ability to speak truth to power.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and advising our members on matters arising from their employment, including face-to-face representation when required.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and how it is applied in the workplace, as well as experience of working with the NHS.

They will also possess the ability to apply initiative and analytical skills to problem-solving and exercise judgement, using influencing and negotiating skills to secure good outcomes for doctors at work.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
