Job Title: Senior Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Manager to join our team at ATS Automation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Lead joint planning processes to set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones with channel partners.
  • Assess channel partner performance, select and develop appropriate channels, and adjust partner strategy as needed to drive profitable growth.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of channel partners and end customers to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team involvement to achieve performance objectives and meet partner expectations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Understand and analyze local markets, channels, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the Labware/Glassware division at channel partner events, customer visits, and industry trade shows.
  • Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities within the region.
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and local regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Experience in channel management, preferably in the life science and laboratory products market.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Reporting accidents/incidents to supervisors.
  • Assisting in investigating accidents/incidents.
  • Refraining from engaging in pranks, contests, feats of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct.
