Channel Manager EMEA

Scientific Products, an ATS Company, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and profitability in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to achieve sales growth and market share expansion in EMEA.
- Lead a joint planning process with channel partners to set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assess and select channel partners, adjusting the partner strategy as needed to drive profitable growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve performance objectives and meet partner expectations.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in EMEA.
- Understand and analyze local markets, channels, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Scientific Products at channel partner events, customer visits, and industry trade shows.
- Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and local regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Experience in channel management, preferably in the life science and laboratory products market.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
