Senior Channel Manager EMEA Job Description

Scientific Products, an ATS Company, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and profitability in the EMEA region. As a Senior Channel Manager, you will be responsible for leading our channel partner strategy and go-to-market initiatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a joint planning process with channel partners to drive mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
  • Assess and select channel partners, adjusting the partner strategy as needed to drive profitable growth within the region.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including customer service, supply chain, operations, and technical support, to achieve performance objectives and meet partner expectations.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Understand and analyze local markets, channels, and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the Labware/Glassware division at channel partner events, customer visits, and industry trade shows.
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Experience in channel management, preferably in the life science and laboratory products market.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor. Assist in investigating accidents/incidents. Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct.
