Senior Channel Manager

Scientific Products, an ATS Company, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and channel partner development in the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in channel management. As a Senior Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key personnel at strategic channel partners, leading joint planning processes, and driving profitable growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel partner strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at strategic channel partners
- Lead joint planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets
- Assess and adjust channel partner performance to drive profitable growth
- Represent the Labware/Glassware division at channel partner events and industry trade shows
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Ensure partner compliance with contractual agreements and local regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Experience in channel management, preferably in the life science and laboratory products market
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Report defect in any equipment or protective device
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
- Attend all required health, safety, and environmental training
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
- Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
